Obituary

Allen Pressley Jr was born on January 14, 1967 to the late Roland Graham and Rachel Ann McFadden. Allen better known as “Big Al” or “Al” to many was raised up in Williamsburg County and attended Williamsburg County School District, which he graduated Kingstree Senior High School class of 1985. Furthering his education he graduated Saint Augustine’s University of Raleigh, North Carolina with a degree in Crimial Justice.


Al knew the Lord as his personal Savior and attended St. John A.M.E. Church in Kingstree, SC. Al loved watching sports from basketball, baseball to football. Where he found a love for the Pittsburg Steeler’s. Al had a career in truck driving, working Firestone, an Agent for South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED), Machine Operator, and the greatest grill master in Kingstree, South Carolina. Al was very gifted with grilling; his barbecue and famous perlo brought joy to many souls that had the pleasure of tasting it.


On September 17, 2022, Al married the love of his life Angela Evette. Who stood by his side from the beginning to the end.


On June 26, 2026, Al finished his course after many years of fighting a great fight.


Al proceeded in death by his loving parents, Rachel Ann McFadden, Roland Graham; and three siblings, Jermaine Cunningham, Jonathan Cunningham, and James Pressley.


Al leaves to cherish his precious memories of his devoted wife of the home, Angie; his loving children, Allen (Shiandra) Pressley, Aaron Pressley, Alyssia Pressley, all of Florence, SC, Titeanna Generette, Marvin Burroughs, Kelton Scott, all of Kingstree, SC, and Christopher Burgess of Summerville, SC; seven maternal siblings, Glory (Kirt) Bokins, of Kingstree, SC, Joanna (Christopher) Simon of Sumter, SC, Jonathan (Jacqueline) McFadden of Lake City, SC, Jeanette McFadden of Kingstree, SC, James (Jacqueline) McFadden of Summerville, SC, Jeannie McFadden of Baltimore, MD, and April McFadden of Kingstree, SC; 3 paternal siblings, Lillian (Stacie) Graham, Cassandra (Tyrone) Salters both of Kingstree, and Roland Cunningham of Myrtle Beach, SC; six beautiful grandchildren, Taye (Jonazia) Pressley, Tyler Pressley, Kyleigh Pressley, Damariu and Keimar Davis, and Baylee Cokley; two great-grandchildren, JahKarri Pressley, and Londyn Pressley; a Special aunt that reared him as her own, Ruth Pressley of Kingstree, SC; his favorite mother-in-law, Carrie Bell Brown of Kingstree, SC; and one sister-in-law Gloria (Tyrone) Eaddy of Lake City, SC. With a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
