Michael Brooks passed away on December 29th, 2025 at the age of 65.

He is remembered by his daughters, Megan (Scotty) Koon and Abigail Brooks; his granddaughter, Margo Koon; his sister, Jill Lumbard; his brother John Wertz; his mother Judith Brooks. Michael was preceded in death by his father Ely Brooks, and his brother, Sam Brooks.
